​Poquoson Dance Academy

The Kinetic Energy Dance Company is a competitive dance team that allows dancers to improve their technique, performance skills, and teamwork abilities at a more accelerated and rigorous level all while having fun and creating lifelong friendships. 

Our company members are a close-knit group of dancers who bond with each other through their love of dance. We look for dancers who radiate this quality. Dancers will be selected based on their past attitudes in class, skill level, ability to take and apply corrections/critiques, and willingness to improve and excel as a dancer, individual, and Kinetic Energy Dance Company member.
